Frank Mazzarella III focuses his practice on residential real estate transactions and commercial matters such as drafting commercial purchase and sales contracts, lease agreements, asset purchase agreements, franchise agreements and corporate formations. Mr. Mazzarella also practices in the areas of banking and commercial lending and estate planning. A native of Rochester, Mr. Mazzarella graduated from Pittsford Mendon High School and received his B.A. from the University of Rochester, Rochester, NY and his law degree from Thomas M. Cooley School of Law. Mr. Mazzarella is a member of the New York State Commercial Association of Realtors and the Monroe County Bar Association. He enjoys taking walks with his son Frank IV, his wife Julie and their two dogs and playing soccer for a men's over-30 team, Pittsford United. Back to Attorneys page |
