David D. Benz is an Associate with Fix Spindelman Brovitz & Goldman. Since joining the firm in 2001, Mr. Benz has focused his legal practice in the area of civil litigation, focusing on contractual disputes, intellectual property issues, landlord/tenant disputes, personal injury matters and creditor’s rights law.

Mr. Benz has significant experience in representing commercial and residential landlords in connection with lease disputes. He has also represented individuals who have been seriously injured in automobile accidents and in assisting creditors with the collection of outstanding debt.

Prior to joining Fix Spindelman Brovitz & Goldman, Mr. Benz was an intern with the Honorable William G. Bauer, United States Magistrate Judge, United States District Court, Western District of New York.
