Jordan Morgenstern focuses his practice on real estate acquisition/disposition, leasing and development including the sale, leasing and purchase of apartment complexes, office buildings, shopping centers, and retail shopping centers. He also represents both borrowers and lenders in connection with commercial loan transactions.

In addition to Mr. Morgenstern's real estate practice, he spends considerable time representing business clients in mergers and acquisitions with extensive experience in entity formations and equity financings of limited liability companies. Mr. Morgenstern advises individual entrepreneurs and corporate clients on a variety of complex business and financial issues including negotiating and drafting partnership agreements and limited liability company agreements.

A native of Rochester, Mr. Morgenstern graduated from Pittsford Sutherland High School and has become active in a number of charitable organizations in our community. His community involvement is highlighted by his roles as an Associate Board Member of Gilda's Club, a support community for men, women and children living with cancer and as a committee member for the James P. Wilmot Cancer Center's Discovery Ball.

Mr. Morgenstern is an avid golfer and skier, runs in several 10k races annually, plays soccer in adult leagues and is a Buffalo Bill's season ticket holder.
