Joshua S. Pheterson practices in the areas of corporate law, real estate law, commercial lending, tax law, executive/employee compensation and estate planning and administration. Prior to Joining Fix Spindelman Brovitz & Goldman in 2010, Mr. Pheterson was studying American Politics at Yale University's Graduate School of Arts & Sciences where he was the co-chair of the of American Politics Graduate Student Workshop in 2008. Mr. Pheterson previously worked as an associate in the Corporate and Executive Compensation and Benefits Departments of Cravath, Swaine & Moore LLP in New York City where he represented Fortune 500 companies, investment banks and private equity funds in mergers and acquisitions, employment agreements and commercial loans.

A native of Rochester, Mr. Pheterson graduated from Brighton High School. Mr. Pheterson graduated from Cornell University's School of Industrial and Labor Relations in 2004 and is a cum laude graduate of Harvard Law School. While in law school, Mr. Pheterson won Second Place in the 2002 Williston Negotiation Competition and was a member of the Committee on Sports and Entertainment Law.

Mr. Pheterson enjoys playing racquet sports and supports the Buffalo Bills.
