Practice Area

Mr. Rotenberg is a Principal with Fix Spindelman Brovitz & Goldman. He concentrates his practice in the field of civil litigation. In his more than 20 years of practice, Mr. Rotenberg has represented clients in a wide variety of matters. His commercial litigation experience includes complex lease and contract issues and representing parties who are leaving a company or breaking up a business.

Mr. Rotenberg has also provided representation in lawsuits involving intellectual property matters. He was instrumental in prosecuting over 1000 preference actions in one of the largest Ponzi frauds in history. Mr. Rotenberg also successfully defended one of the largest banks in the United States in a class action fraud lawsuit. He has represented many of the major insurance companies defending their insureds in personal injury litigation and commercial litigation. Mr. Rotenberg has also successfully represented individuals that have been seriously injured and suffered permanent disability or have died as a result of the negligence of others.

Mr. Rotenberg graduated from Syracuse University in 1982 with a B.S. in finance and received his law degree from the State University of Buffalo in 1985. In service to the community, he has served on the boards of the Jewish Family Services and the Friends of Strong Memorial Hospital and is the legal advisor to the Perinton Youth Hockey League.
