Mrs. Kinsler practices in the areas of corporate law and commercial real estate, with a focus on the acquisition and transfer of closely held businesses. Prior to joining Fix Spindelman Brovitz & Goldman, P.C. in the fall of 2007, Mrs. Kinsler worked as an associate in the Business Group of Moore & Van Allen, PLLC in Durham, North Carolina.

Mrs. Kinsler graduated With Honors from the University of North Carolina School of Law in 2006. While in law school, Mrs. Kinsler participated in the Community Development Law Clinic. As a member of the clinic, Mrs. Kinsler assisted non-profit organizations in the process of corporate formation and obtaining 501(c)(3) tax exempt status and provided legal guidance on risk management issues for established 501(c)(3) corporations.

Mrs. Kinsler is a member of the North Carolina State Bar Association.
